Shipping & Returns

Please allow time & space for me to create your product - I put a lot of love into these and want them perfect before I ship. I am one human being and make most orders as you purchase them. If you need something by a certain date - feel free to contact me HERE to secure it.

Current creation Schedule:

ANYTHING Custom/Detailed/Decals: Anywhere from 3-4 weeks to ship.
Daywands and Derpchucks: About 2-3 weeks to ship.
Contact Wands/Sequin Wands: About 3-4 weeks to ship.
Hoods and Masks: About 3-4 weeks to ship.
Quivers: About 3-4 weeks to ship.

Larger orders/orders with more than 1 items may take a little extra time to complete.

These are all an estimate - things may take a few days extra, but I try to get them out a few days early if I can. If you need things for an event/specific date - contact me.


Shipping Domestic

Once the item is created then shipping will usually take about 2-4 days to arrive. I ship everything USPS with tracking and I insure every package for YOU! Express shipping options are available to you also.

Shipping International

Once the item is created and shipped it will usually take about 7-10 days to arrive. I ship everything USPS and unfortunately am not able to offer tracking once the package leaves The United States. I will insure if possible for you.

Customs and import taxes

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.


I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

  • Please contact me within: 14 days of delivery

  • Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

  • Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Items on sale

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
